We supply and fit most brands of tyres and all quotes include balancing, valves and VAT. We DON’T sell part worn as your safety is our priority. You Should not underestimate the importance of good tyres.

They are the only contact between you and the road. Each tyre touches the road surface on an area that is approximately the size of a postcard. Good tyres are your guarantee for a safe and comfortable ride. Poor tyres however can reduce the performance of your car, increase your braking distance and raise the risk of skidding. Underinflated or worn tyres also increase fuel consumption and your CO2 emissions.

Do not forget that a worn tyre reduces the effectiveness of braking, steering, and acceleration, all of which are vital in staying safe. The Tyre Industry Council have devised a five point tyre check:

1. Check overall condition of tyres, including inner and outer sidewalls.
2. Check tyre tread depth.
3. Check all tyre pressures.
4. Check signs of irregular wear, i.e. alignment.
5. Check and examine the spare tyre.

Latest review February 2025 Very easy and straightforward getting my wife’s car booked in. Great service and communication throughout and the car was returned looking like it had just come out of the garage on day one. They are friendly and helpful and I’d definitely recommend using Auto Medics if required. Original review from October 2024. Fantastic service and a high quality repair on my car. I have used Auto Medics before for an alloy wheel refurbishment and they did a top job so it seemed a natural choice when the wing on my car had an unexpected meeting with an iron gate that blew closed. The repair was fairly priced and an honest appraisal was given of what needed doing so that the respray would blend in invisibly. I had every confidence that the end result would be as good as new - and it certainly was! I’m so glad that I trusted Auto Medics with the job as the whole process was professionally handled and with no fuss. The loan car was very much appreciated as it kept me on the road for the few days that my car was in the workshop. To conclude, a superb bodywork repair with a knowledgeable and professional company.
